Mr. Bush has 35 years of experience in the field of RF and microwave T&M instruments. He has held senior sales positions at EIP Microwave, Inc. and Anritsu Company. He attended the University of Mississippi and served in the U.S. Air Force.




Mike GranieriMike Granieri

Vice President of Advanced Programs and Business Development

Dr. Granieri is a recognized expert in the T&M industry, contributing to both the technical and technology management domains. He was previously associated with Agilent Technologies and the Hewlett Packard Company and has over 40 years of combined T&M experience in support of both the commercial and DOD marketplaces. He earned his BSEE from the University of New Hampshire and has completed graduate work at the Polytechnic Institute of New York, Long Island University, and the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Granieri received his Ph.D. in Applied Science and Technology from Columbia Pacific University. He has been listed in numerous Marquis Who’s Who directories, is a U.S. patent holder, was awarded a NASA Technical Innovation Award, and has numerous technical publications to his credit, including Autotestcon Best Paper Awards in 1978 and 1986.



Paul KhannaPaul Khanna

Vice President of the Components Group

Dr. Khanna is well recognized within the RF and microwave component industry. He has held leadership positions at Avantek, Inc., Hewlett Packard Company, Agilent Technologies, Inc., and Teledyne Microwave. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at Santa Clara University where he teaches a graduate course on RF and microwave measurements. Dr. Khanna earned his Ph.D. in microwave and optical communications from the University of Limoges, France and a B.S. from Punjab Engineering College in India. He is an IEEE Fellow, holds five U.S. patents, and has published more than 50 articles in national and international trade publications.



alexander chenakinAlexander Chenakin

Vice President of the Signal Sources Group

Dr. Chenakin is an internationally recognized expert in the field of microwave frequency synthesis. He has led the development of advanced products for Celeritek, Inc., Nextek, Inc., Micro Lambda Wireless, Inc., and General Electronic Devices, Inc. His professional achievements have been widely presented in trade publications and international conferences. Dr. Chenakin is a senior IEEE member and he earned his degree from Kiev Polytechnic Institute.



Pete PragastisPete Pragastis

President

Mr. Pragastis, cofounder of Phase Matrix, Inc., has served in the RF and microwave industry for over 25 years and has held senior engineering and managerial positions at Wavespan, Inc. Omniyig, Inc., and EIP Microwave, Inc. He has led the development of instrumentation for commercial, aerospace, and defense applications, including applications technology satellites for the Third Echelon Test Set , F15, and the F16 Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop programs. His primary areas of expertise are in RF and microwave up converters, down converters, frequency synthesizers, and synthetic instrumentation implementation. Mr. Pragastis earned his B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Santa Clara University.



Charanbir MahalCharanbir Mahal

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Mr. Mahal has over 15 years of experience in the field of RF and microwave T&M instruments. He has participated in hardware development projects in senior engineering capacities at EIP Microwave, Inc. and is cofounder of Phase Matrix, Inc. Mr. Mahal graduated summa cum laude from San Jose State University.




George ClarkGeorge Clark

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr. Clark was EIP Microwave, Inc.'s CFO since 1990 and remained the company's CFO during the formation of Phase Matrix, Inc. in 1999. He has an M.B.A. in finance from San Francisco State University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).




Russ FosterRuss Foster

Director of Operations

Mr. Foster has extensive experience serving in the RF and microwave T&M instruments industry. He has served in numerous capacities, including president of EIP Microwave, Inc. He earned a B.A. from Occidental College in Los Angeles.
